报告人简介： 罗富财，中共党员，浙江工商大学副研究员。主要从事公钥密码、格密码、全同态加密以及可证明安全理论的基础理论和应用研究。发表学术论文30余篇，其中，CCF A类论文10余篇，包括 IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics and Security, IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing, IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing, Designs, Codes and Cryptography, Theoretical Computer Science, The Computer Journal, ESORICS 2022等。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目等多项。
